Thank you for your interest in presenting at ScareFest Weekend. We appreciate your enthusiasm and support in bringing the horror and paranormal experience to a wider audience.

Important Details Before Submitting Your Application:

Processing Time: Applications will be reviewed, and you will receive an email from us by June 1st notifying you of your selection status. If you do not receive an email by June 1st, you may contact us at the email below.
Application Coverage: Each approved application is valid for you and one additional guest.
Pass Access: Your speaker pass is VIP level. However, it does not include an attendee VIP swag bag, line skips, or merchandise. It does grant you early access to the convention floor (one hour before general entry) and entry to the VIP party on Saturday.

ScareFest Speaker Application Terms

Confidentiality
All application contents and agreements will remain confidential between The ScareFest and the guest speaker. No personal or professional information will be shared with third parties.

Presentation Requirements
Accepted speakers must provide a 45-minute presentation or panel, which may include a 10-minute Q&A session at the end. This is non-negotiable unless a prior contractual agreement exists with The ScareFest.

Promotional Obligations
Speakers must provide a public, clickable link to ScareFest on their website and social media.
Speakers must actively promote their appearance on social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, etc.).

Technical Requirements
Speakers must bring their own laptop and necessary cables for the presentation.
Projectors (HDMI/VGA capable) will be provided, but adapters and extra equipment will not.

Vendor Booth Option
Speakers may purchase a vendor booth at the event if available, but this is not included. A discount is available on vendor space. Discount varies based on
